This case study identifies environmentally sustainable strategies that can be used in the design of multi-residential construction in warm climates. It is argued that the multi-faceted use of these strategies is beneficial for both the environment and the occupants. The paper describes the application of environmental strategies in the master plan, unit design and the materials specification.
