The State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV) Headquarters in Melbourne was designed by Metier 3 and in 1995 received the RAIA Victorian Chapter's Award of Merit for Commercial New Building and a commendation for Energy Efficiency. This case study provides a detailed evaluation of the building in terms of ecologically sustainable design.
